Our service involves recording applications, tracking their progress, automatically generating a letter to the applicant should there be a query, monitoring the return of query information, recording documents submitted to us in support of identity checking, recording the necessary information regarding the Disclosure certificate, flagging up when a Disclosure is due to be destroyed and automatically invoicing our clients.

We can monitor the amount of applications processed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, which ensures an efficient service is always provided to our clients.  Application forms are completed and forwarded to the CRB within 24 hours of receipt from the applicant and where applicable, all documentation submitted in support of the identity checking process will be returned to the applicant within 24 hours.

Final Disclosure information will be passed to the client within 24 hours of receipt and there is a dedicated help line for all queries.
